(3) the appearance of air holes may be poor gas protection, the primer of the workpiece is too thick or the protection gas is not dry enough, and the corresponding adjustment can be processed.
(4) Too much splashing may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, gas components or the extension length of the welding wire is too long. The size of the power can be adjusted appropriately to change the welding parameters, adjust the gas proportioning instrument to adjust the proportion of mixed gas, and adjust the relative position of the welding gun and the workpiece.
(5) An arc pit is formed at the end of the weld after cooling. When programming, add the function of buried arc pit in the working step, and it can be filled.
Common faults and solutions of welding robot
(1) There is a collision. Check the assembly or correct the TCP of the welding torch if the workpiece assembly is wrong or the TCP of the welding torch is not accurate.
(2) Arc failure, can not start arc. It may be because the welding wire does not contact the workpiece or the process parameters are too small, you can manually feed the wire, adjust the distance between the welding gun and the weld, or adjust the process parameters appropriately.
(3) Protection gas monitoring alarm. The cooling water or protective gas supply is faulty, check the cooling water or protective gas pipeline.
Requirements of welding wire for welding robot
The robot can choose welding wire in barrel or plate according to the need. In order to reduce the frequency of replacing the welding wire, the robot should choose barreled welding wire, but because of the use of barreled welding wire, wire feeding hose is very long, large resistance, the stiffness of the welding wire and other quality requirements are higher. When the use of poor quality copper plating wire, copper plating on the surface of the wire due to friction off will lead to reduced content of the tube, high speed wire feeding resistance increases, wire can not be smoothly sent out, produce jitter, so that the arc is unstable, affecting the quality of the weld. In serious cases, the phenomenon of jam will stop the robot, so it is necessary to clean the welding wire guide in time.
