fusion welding
1.Gas welding
Use oxyacetylene or other gas flame to heat the base material and filler metal for welding purpose. The flame temperature is about 3000℃.Suitable for thinner workpieces, small diameter pipes, non-ferrous iron, brazing.
2.Manual arc welding:
It is a manual operation welding method that uses arc as heat source to melt electrode and base material to form welding seam. The arc temperature is about 6000-8000℃.Suitable for ferrous metal and some non-ferrous metal welding, the application range is wide, especially suitable for short weld, irregular weld.
3.Submerged arc welding:
(automatic and semi-braking) The arc burns under the flux zone, using granular flux as the covering layer of the metal molten pool, isolating the air from entering the molten pool. The welding wire is continuously fed into the arc region by the wire feeding mechanism. The welding direction and moving speed of the arc are completed manually or mechanically.Suitable for carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and other straight welds and regular welds of medium and thick plate materials.
4.Gas welding:
Gas shielded arc welding (ARC welding) using shielded gas to protect a welding area. The shielding gas acts as a protective layer in the metal bath to trap the air.The gases used are inert gas, reducing gas and oxidizing gas, which are suitable for the welding of carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys.Oxidizing gas is suitable for the alloy of carbon steel and alloy steel.
5.Ion arc welding:
After gas ionization in the arc, it is welded by an ultra-high temperature heat source generated by thermal shrinkage effect, mechanical shrinkage effect and magnetic shrinkage effect, with the temperature up to about 20,000 ℃.
pressure welding
1.iron soldering
Use a soldering iron or flame to heat the soldering iron.Heat the base material and melt the filler metal into the gap to achieve the purpose of connection.Suitable for solder at 300℃ melting point.Generally used for wire, circuit board and original welding.
2.Flame brazing:
Gas flame is used as the heating source to heat the base material and melt the filling metal material into the gap to achieve the purpose of connection. It is suitable for welding parts with small size such as stainless steel, hard alloy and non-ferrous metal.
